Ashley Gallacher started her real estate investing journey in June of 2019. She graduated with a finance degree from the University of Washington and continued her education with certificates in Business Development and Entrepreneurship years after graduating. In addition, before recently leaving her Corporate Finance position to pursue real estate investing full-time, she had more than 10 years of finance experience in aerospace and tech.

Her primary focus is investing in multifamily infill development, short-term rentals, and buy and hold single family dwellings. Ashley’s existing portfolio consists of single-family homes in Seattle and Milwaukee. In 2021, Ashley co-founded CG Real Estate Group with her brother, focusing on multifamily housing developments. Their first major venture was a 20-unit project that is projected for completion in 2023. Ashley also manages her portfolio of vacation rentals and single-family homes. Her first rental was the result of combining homes after marriage and turning the second home into an Airbnb rental.

Outside of real estate, she loves spending time with her two kids, husband, and other family and friends. Ashley is proof that the foundation set by one’s parents to work hard to get what you want in life can pay off. She intends to pass that lesson onto her two children, while enjoying the time she spends with them and her husband.
